2. DFM Report

3. Mold Flow Analysis
Using design software allows us to see how the molten material will behave as it enters the mold, allowing further design improvements.
4. Mold Tooling Production
Our workers apply CNC machining and EDM machining to process the molds.
5. T1 samples Inspection
When mold was finished, starting to produce T1 samples to send customers to confirm.
6. Mass Production
After the trial production phase, we start mass production to produce parts quickly to save time and cost.
7. Strict Inspection
Our quality inspector will test the appearance, result, color and assembly fit of the product.
8. Delivery
We cooperate with logistics companies to deliver goods to your destination quickly and safely,such as FEDEX,DHL ,UPS and so on.
